- Download the Kolomoni Phlox app (Android or iOS) Valid ID
- (National ID, Driver's License, or Voter's Card)
- Passport photo or selfie
- Recent utility bill
- Optional: CAC certificate (Highly recommended for business owners)
- BVN and contact verification (Phone & Email)
- Minimum ₦5,500 wallet funding to request terminal
